Meet Our Office Staff

Justin serves as Director of Operations for Clinical Counseling Associates, where he provides operational leadership and strategic coordination across our multi-site behavioral health organization serving the greater Kansas City metropolitan area. His work focuses on strengthening organizational systems, supporting clinicians and administrative teams, improving access to care, and helping ensure sustainable growth across the organization. He joined Clinical Counseling Associates because of a strong commitment to behavioral health and a belief that effective care depends on both exceptional clinicians and the operational infrastructure supporting them. He is particularly passionate about expanding access to services for veterans, first responders, families, and individuals navigating complex behavioral health challenges. Prior to entering this role, Justin served 22 years in the United States Army, including four combat deployments to Iraq. He retired with numerous military honors, including the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, and Master Combat Infantryman Badge. Following military service, he founded an independent research and publishing organization focused on human behavior, institutional performance, and system degradation, and serves as a blind peer reviewer for international behavioral and clinical scientific journals. Justin holds an Associate degree in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, and an Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership from the University of Louisville. Justin’s favorite self-care activities include time with his family, caring for their chickens and rescue Rottweilers, fitness, cooking, and writing.

Brandi brings extensive experience in billing and payroll management, with a special focus on therapy session invoicing and insurance problem solving. She is skilled at navigating the complexities of insurance, ensuring accurate payments, and supporting smooth financial operations. Her work allows therapists to focus fully on their clients rather than paperwork and ensures clients receive efficient, reliable billing services. Brandi’s favorite self-care activities include weight training, sports, woodworking, crafts, and being a devoted dog mom.

Meg is the Lead Receptionist at Clinical Counseling Associates. She supports operations across all locations and works to create a positive, organized environment for both clients and clinicians. Meg previously served in the Air Force Reserve with the 442d Fighter Wing at Whiteman Air Force Base and brings prior experience from acute psychiatric care settings. Meg brings strong appreciation for the unique needs of military members, veterans, first responders, and their families, and values creating an organized, supportive environment for clinicians and clients. Meg's favorite self-activities include spending time with her husband and children, tending her garden, reading, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.
