Miranda Mathis is now leading a Pregnancy & Postpartum Group. This group is open to expecting birthing parents, new birthing parents, veteran parents , & all other birthing parents up to 18 months postpartum. The class will cover mental health of mothers
(post partum depression, anxiety, etc.), self-care, boundary-setting, mental load, and more. Preregistration is required. Contact us today to reserve your spot.
