INSURANCE

Clinical Counseling Associates accepts United Healthcare, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, UMR, Tricare, Optum, and New Directions insurance. For plans not in network, you have the option to private pay and submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact our office to determine eligibility for covered services.

PRIVATE PAY

Clinical Counseling Associates accepts private pay patients. Fees vary depending on clinician and type of type of service. For more information, contact our office.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)

Clinical Counseling Associates offers our services through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). We are in contract with several local and national companies to offer behavioral health services to their employees with little to no cost to them. Contact your HR department today to see if your company participates in the Employee Assistance Program.

FLEX SPENDING ACCOUNT (FSA) OR HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (HSA)

A Flexible Spending Account (also known as a flexible spending arrangement) is a special account you put money into that you use to pay for certain out-of-pocket health care costs. CCA accepts this payment option.
